GD Mini Show, BBQ & More - Nov 1st
Planning to start around 2pm
Free BBQ
Live DJs
Break Dance Competition
Bikini Competition

Car Show -
Best of Show
Best Under Construction

Best of Pot - $5 buy in, winner takes all (cars will be grouped off by makes, and the winner of each group will get the total pot)

Some of the details are still being worked out so check back

There will be 8 BJJ Black Belts from Solis Martial Arts Academy
From under Carlos Machado A relative of the Gracie Family
BJJ/MMA
There will be free classes held, followed by a break, and then open Gym
Also running a special sign up price for this event, so if you have not sign up, do it then.Please list if you might be attending that way we know how many to plan for

its a great work out. i have lost over 10lbs in 1 month of doing it. i go 3 days a week for 3hr a day.
