99 crv won't start

We have spark, fuel, and for some reason it won't start. We know the CC is bad but we just order one in the mail. I pulled all the spark plugs to see spark its there but weak. Will do a tune up soon. But even with a weak spark should crank over. I checked the timing and its fine and had a friend over to check it out and we both don't know why.

Anyone with a crv had this problem?

Did it just die on the road or did you work on something and it quit running?

Checked physical timing of the cams and crank? Your positive you have fuel and spary or just spark ? Check output voltage of the map sensor. How many miles are on the crv ? What did you do to confirm your getting fuel ?
