I think I know what you are talking about, its like a long tone alarm with like a "wooshing" sound with it, kinda hard to explain. I heard it loud as fuck running by the dock area on Noshahr Canals on a few occasions and it freaked me out lol.

yea thats when the sound effect for a guided missle or tank shell gets "stuck" in a certain spot.

ive heard it on several maps in several places. only thing i can come up with is the server knows to make that sound at the spot since someone fired off a rocket/shell there and it doesnt clear properly on the server so you constantly get that looped sound effect. it changes on every round too they arent static locations.

Guided missile is bullshit on the jets, I was flying toward a tank and launched the missile then I started shooting the tank with the cannon and I saw the missile completely miss the tank and hit the ground next to it.

The game feels very anti russian when im usa the javelin works great when im russian the javelin hits the concrete and not the tank

Also the Russian jets are shit compared to the F18 apparently the F18 can turn on a fucking dime and the Russian whatever the fuck has the turning radius of Jupiter
