In house Mustang MD1100SE-AWD Dyno!!

Secret Services Auto is proud to offer Houston access to our state of the art Mustang MD1100SE-AWD chassis dynamometer. Unlike the more common inertia dynos of other facilities in the area, our dyno is equipped with an eddy current brake power absorption unit, which allows the calculated application of load to the vehicle, better simulating real world driving conditions. In addition to being able to read 3,000 whp in AWD, 2500 whp in 2WD, we have the ability to dyno and tune motorcycles! We can do all of this while applying up to 900 whp of load to the drive wheels. This alone has limitless value when accuracy and precision are desired in creating the custom tune for your application.

Finally, if you want to test your reaction times and get a feel for what your car will do at the track, we have a fully functional Christmas Tree tied into the dyno computer. The lights can be set up for sportsman, pro, or instant green and the dyno computer will give the reaction time, 60', 330', 1/8 mile, 1/4 ET's and MPH. From what we've seen, it's pretty close...to about 1 tenth going from dyno to track !
