price quote for engine build

I was trying to get a quote for you to build my d16 and then tune it. I have all the parts, turbo kit, pistons and rods, cam, valves and valve springs, intake manifold, injectors, fuel pump, clutch, flywheel, pretty much a full build. plus i wanted to get the head port and polished and then get the engine tuned. i was wondering if you could get me a quote on it.
