Transmission swap

I have a 2001 IS300 and I'm looking to swap from and automatic transmission to a manual... Anyone know any good shops around Houston that could do this and the average pricing would be? Thanks.

I am interested in this as well.

About how long would this swap take if you had all the parts, using the R154
