I'm getting 2 LED (3600 lumens each) 4ft lights setup in my garage this Friday.
I was tired of the 60 watt led bulb. Will post before and after.

Getting installed or purchasing them? Trying to find cheap since it's temporary but Home Depot is cheaper than amazon

I purchased them and having my electrican come set them up. He is splitting the current bulb into two. He is also doing some other work in my kitchen and closet. I went with the commercial electric brand from Home Depot.
I was going to do the Lithonia Lighting ones, but a lof of mixed reviews both on amazon and HD. So far the commercial electric in my closet works great. For my garage i went with the vapor ones at 75 and for the kitchen a Hampton Bay one since it is 4 bulb style.

I don't have any crazy heavy single items in the garage attic (i.e. engines, transmissions) but I do have a spare VR-4 suspension (broken down) and some other shit... engine stand... etc. It can definitely take 100lbs+ without sweating.

If seller is paying for it get it, if you want to pay for it don't get it. They don't cover shit and it takes for ever for them to even come out.

That's what I figured. It's the same with extended warranties on vehicles, always trying to justify to not pay the damages.

I went with the 4 pack of Hyperikon brand lights from Amazon prime for $180. You are able to daisy chain up to 4 light together and I used the light bulb adapters to plug them in to the existing circuit so I didn't need to do any electrical work to get them working on the switch. Over all I'm extremely happy with them.

I guess the first pic is the "after." Way brighter, I like it.

Worked on my garage some more - got most of the rough-in done for the remaining outlets.

(Not stapled down at the far right box yet - and I'll bring it into the subpanel once it's ready to turn on.)

Spring branch is not the hood, you take that back... We'll unless you're north of long point. That's kinda sketchy

Thanks guys, but do you know what is better than one big garage?

    Two big garages!

The bottom floors are 20'x40' with 10' ceilings, with the top lofts being 20'x60' with a full baths.
Easy to say the garages sold the house for me.

Well, let me be the first to say fuck you and your garages.

Kidding, always jealous of those layouts.

    Did some things this weekend:

    Extended yard

Planted garden and redid that fence, pressure washed fire pit
