car alarm

Anyone know of a good car alarm?? I heard my car is looking to get stolen...fucking dumbasses...anyway...so I'm need sevurity shit. Whats a really good one that doesn't cost a whole lot?

I'd stick with any DEI product for alarms..

Clifford, Viper, rattler, avital, sidewinder, python, valet, hornet, etc.. most of these are now owned by DEI.. and will be good..

If you are getting an alarm.. be sure to get some hood and trunk pins, a pieso siren for the interior of the car and a battery backup unit... you can go get an alarm for around 200 bux probably.. else you can go with a cheaper brand.. some alarms have a pager too that will alert you when your alarm goes off..

For a setup similar to something like this. JUST THE parts, not labor,how much would the battery, siren, and alarm with remote start cost Together

i dunno.. most places charge you the installation already included in the price of the alarm.. sorry.. the pins and battery backup are addons to most alarms..

if you know ppl you can get the viper 550($150) or the 790 paging system($218) and the back up battery ($30-40) for around those prices...

looking at pics of your car, you should invest in some wheel locks, and maybe look to see if your insurance company will cover your wheels.

or just get full coverage insurance for the next few months just in case

I know the feeling my rims have been stolen so i ride on steelies now, and not to mention my car has been stolen before :Mad2: but luckly i got it back and it was fine.

I just got an alarm...sucks ass cause it was cheap..the alpine 1500...anyway.....does anyone know of anyone...or will any of ya'll install it for me??? Everyone has told me 150...that's the cheapest I've heard so far.....and I don't have that much money...i just payed on my car. Can anyone help out???:(

1500? is it new? Last time I checked Alpine made a 150R and a 100R. Does you car have power door locks or anything?

hey i got a question....i got a alarm on my car..but it blows....it has auto start...but i dont like that shit..i wanna get the whole old system torn out..and reinstall a new system...how much will that run..and of yall got like a combo deal for us people that need alarms here...like the price of a "new alarm plus installation"....thanks..by the way..i have power locks and windows
