97teg flashing error codes, how to fix

Ok i was driving home and my check engine light came on so i jumped the service connector and turn the accessories on and watched the check engine light. It flashed 9 long and 2 short giving me the code 92. I looked up on a web page and found out 92 meanz "Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow". O...k im not sure what the hell that means. can anyone help me out?

means that it is clogged... "the function of this system is to minimize the amount of fuel vapors escaping into the air. the system consists of a charcoal canister,a canister vapor purge system, and tank vapor control system. When fuel evaporates in the tank the vapor pass through the vent hoses to the charcoal canister where they are stored. the purge control system uses solenoid valves operated by the ECU to draw fresh air into the canister and carry the vapors into the intake manifold when the engine is running."
