Well after an interesting night (showed up late to fun run), it turned out much bigger then it has ever been in the past (saw a riced out security car though...hilarious)......went and raced cloud (got a FAT ticket, coulda been going to jail though)......drove around not to open to race for the rest of the night.......came across AWD (lil g)......his car....oh the sweet snail purrs and then it whails......

we stop for a bit....my friend (spike) wants to kinda mess with awd....so we go and play for a bit on his way home.......he is perdi damn fast.....i could hang for about 1k rpms.....after which he begins to pull away with much ease.....VERY NICE :thumb:

after which i messed with spike.....obviously his car has something major wrong....he tends to beat me down....where as i was pulling away with ease and easy shifting...

man we lost ya after following you down westhiemer... but ya maybe u can get me a copy of that ticket real soon and ill see what i can do...
we were staring at that trans am ws6 with the vortech supercharger witha girl driving... man it sounded mean... andon the back it said fast bitch... she raced some kawasaki bike and kept right beside him the whole way... incredible

ahhhh...wonder what happened to yall...you kept goin str8....thought yall had to head home....I had to bust a U to catch up with my friends.........yeah I will try and get ya a copy of the ticket and MAYBE *fingers crossed* your cop friend can do something with it:thumb:

man i tried to follow the biggest crowd cuz everyone split up at the lights and stuff so i lost everyone little by little! so i headed back to the meeting point and that rent-a-cop in the integra kicked me out!:D

Does anyone here actually lift up there hood besides Orlando? I see a couple cars here that shouldn't exactly be seeing tail lights, regardless of all the AWD excuses, no one likes to see potential go down the drain.

Well, your car is definitely not one of the ones I am talking about. When it all comes down to it, it doesn't matter. All the runs that takes place here are 90% of the time for shits and giggles anyway. I'm just a sucker for evenly matched runs.

Yea a while back man probaly several months ago. Haha up at Jamba Juice on post oak u raped my old school Supra and the charged transam off the line. I at least beat the transam. He kept saying his clutch was slipping or sum blah blah to play it off cause he got owned. But I always remember who I lose too. Hehe so I can at least try to run them again. Hahahaa U beat to many people to remember that's why. :D

wrx's dont put down lower than a 1.8 ish second 60 foot.

I'll be straight up, considering the only cars you've ever owned to my knowledge are FWD and AWD, not to mention imports, I'm not going to even start on ya about the wonderful battle of traction. (and i'm not speaking of vehicles with a whopping 180rwhp).

When weather, tire pressure, tire wear, temperature, street conditions and track conditions, actually affect your launch, gimme a call. And no, a little chirp, or a little tire spin on #2 off the line don't count. ( I know how you imports/awd's like to complain about that stuff )

Take off AWD on that car. Mind as well take off the turbo too. Then tell me what you got. Yeah, I think we both know. Eitherway, you are right about one thing, once we throw on tires, that "i'll get him off the line" idea you get at every light, reaaaaally starts to disappear. Then yeah, you're in trouble.

hmmmm.....not sure who you are talkin to or what you mean exactly.....But I know I am not making some monstrous amount of HP to the wheels....however traction IS in fact an issue with my lil non-torquey FWD N/A car.....If I could keep it where it should be in 1st, transition from 1st - 2nd, and at sometimes transition of 2nd - 3rd.....I could cover much more ground :smoke:

Sure, traction is an issue in FWD as well, but imagine the traction if you didn't have 800+ lbs sittin on top of it......
