Power steering noise

I drive a 95 ES300 and here's the problem:

My power steering makes a horrible, screeching noise whenever I turn the wheel before the car has warmed up. After a while, when my car has warmed up, the noise just disappears even if I turn the wheel to full rotation on both sides.

Does anybody know why the wheel makes that noise?

check the power steering fluid. You might be low.

Low on fluid, belt/pulley could be sticking, I'd check to see what the belt looks like(underside) and spray some WD40 on it and see if it still screeches.
