wtf is this thing and what does it do? all i know is that theyre puttin a new one in now, it costed about 260
it caused my service engine soon light to come on and i noticed my throttle becoming a little iffy(it began to jump and started puttering while under constant throttle) neways just wanted to find out what this part will do and how it effects the engine...

rebuilt motor, rebuilt tranny, new radiator, new ac all within 6 months and now this...WAHOO!!! :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :o :o :o

EGR Valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) it does what the name says. From what I know it helps burn the gas more effectively,and helps emissions come out cleaner especially the NoX's. thats all i really know :thumb:
