hmmm. this is what you'll need to do phong.
you'll need to take out all portions of the ABS system, including modulator, accumulator, power unit, control unit, wheel sensors, relays, fuses and fuse connections from the under hood fuse box and most portions of the ABS systems wiring harness. you need a proportioning valve from an Integra RS. the correct one should have a 50/50 stamped on it. 2 hardlines that go from the proportioning valve to the front wheels. 2 new brake lines from the dealer running from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve. im not sure if you'll need new brake lines running from the valve to the rear brakes. you may have to rebend some lines here and there, and also cut some lines, and flare them out with a flare tool. also, u should take the ABS clip off of the axles.
not sure if you'll need a master cylinder and booster from an RS.
but basically, you cant just "take off ABS". have fun :thumb:

you cant take out wheel sensor, you have to take out the whole shaft. its irreplacable, other than that it can be replace.

uhh, yeah you can. the sensor is held into the hub with 1 or 2 10mm bolts. the reluctor wheel on the cv shaft is what cannot be removed, without replacing the axle. but either way, neither of those need to be removed to disable the abs system. leave them in. if you ever decide to go motec you can use them to monitor individual wheels speed for the traction control module.

Umm what Secret is saying is that there are 2 parts of the ABS sensor system, a toothed ring attatched to the axle permanantly and also the magnetic pick up. BTW, a wire is much simplier to unplug than taking out a whole axle in order to dissable something. Why technicians with electrical systems training are more sought after than just a normal guy. :thumb: Donnell is right, I just thought I would chime in to tell you the components.
