static compression ratio is 9.2:1 for the B18A and 9.4:1 for the B18B
when doing a compression test it should be 150-180psi. as per OEM spec.

A valve lash adjustment is probably needed if you're driving a 94. My 99 GS had 200+across all four cylinders, the nominal reading for a b18b should be 14.0/199 minimum is 9.5/135 with a maximum variation of 2.0/28 per cylinder according to the helms manual.
