You say its trying to start but it wont turn over? Id first start with the battery. Are the panel/gauges dimming when you try to start? If not when you turn it over do you hear a clicking underneath your hood(dont try to start it repeatedly or youll overheat the starter)? If not it could possibly be your starter. Try to turn the key forward halfway(not till the point that itll try to start) and then back, then do it again a couple times. You should hear a whine underneath the car as the fuel pump primes itself. After about the 3rd time try to start it, if it fires its possibly/probably your fuel pump.
Try these simple things and if they dont work have it towed somewhere. I doubt you could fix the problem anyways unless its your battery(which is a good possibility on such a new car). If it does turn out to be your battery have your alternator tested.

its not the battery, everything inside works fine, thats the first thing i checked. i can turn the key to the start position and itll sound like it does when it starts on a regular basis, but it wont turn over. ill try the fuel pump thing though
