Hey guys I have I small crack on my upper radiator end tank. I tried JB Weld but after about a month and a half the JB Weld is starting not to hold up anymore. Any suggestions on a plastic end tank repair?

Also where is a cheap place to get radiators? I mean dirt cheap OEM style radiators. I just need something to last me until the end of the year when I switch out motors.

Thanks,

Yes sand down the area make it spur up and apply heat to soften it up and find some of the same plastic material burn it with the propane tourch and let the flame drops fall on the heated cracked area and then even it out while still appling heat with a hot putty knife it will hold great if you do it properly. Its a little tricky but if you get both the materials to bond it will be good as new.

There is a junk yard off of gulf bank and 45 north comming from pearland. just make a right and go down it should be on the right. Pass up a light# 281 999 7474 they dont speak good english though :D but i got one for 45 bucks there. Or go to a hobby lobby and get some plastic weld, at least i think they sell it there.... .

just remove the JB weld, and get a plastic epoxy to cover the crack. that should hold up longer than the endtank itself will.
