Cycle meet! Need info!

We (Bhzrex) and I are putting together a meet at my place sometime in april.... What we need from you is the best saturday to make it.

Here's my idea of what all we could do

10:30am-- everyone that dont know ow to get here meet up at AMC 30 on 45 and beltway 8
once everyone gets there, roll out to my place..

11:00am everyone arrives at my place( I have parking for about 20-30 bikes

11-2pm we grubb on BBQ or whatever we decide to do.

2-8pm or so we have a nice ride around the houston area or go down to galveston(10 min from my place)

8pm we go our seperate ways or ride up into houston to teaworks or such..

(all times are just reference)

now, whens a good date, what do we want to eat? blah blah.....give you opinions. Thanx. Donnell if you could make this a sticky that would be a-o-k.

Bike not mandatory (however you may end up carrying stuff/people), we just want all the bike enthusiasts to get together. It will be a good opportunity for people who dont have a bike yet to look at some options and for people who do to talk about mods, maintenance, techniques, etc. I can bring mags for reviews, ads, and whatever.

LUNCH - I will front the food and WHEN everyone pitches in we can have a really nice bbq. (Non-alcoholic beverages ONLY)

Photos - we can shoot pics of everyone's ride and group shots.

Yeh professional photographers (READ ME) will be on hand so you can have a great shot of you and your bike, we'll also want to get the whole gang together. We'll take photoshoots through out the day. Im real excited about this, I think itll be alot of fun. If you have something minor you need done and dont really know/want to do it yourself...I have alot of tools on hand, and air compressor.
