i was wondering how to change the cam seal on the head of the b18a...that black circle plastic on the left side of the head where the exhaust cam shaft is?

Easy.....remove the valve cover, and the four bolts from the cam cap that is holding the seal in place. Remove the seal and clean any leftover sealant off of the cap and head. Apply a healthy coat of Hondabond or gasket sealant to the new seal and reinstall. Tighten the cam cap down and reinstall the valve cover.

the easiest way to replace the seals is to get an exacto or blade and cut the inner rim then pry it out gently w/ a flat screwdriver. this method prevent you from nicking the walls.

i usually purchase them on ebay. if you want to be sure to get the highest quality, go to the dealer. ur local auto supplies have them, like 10-15 each.
theyre called: cam seals<<----that what you need
other seals are:crank seals, balance shaft seals
if it was me, i would replace all the 3 seals. its a pain getting to the cam already, take it a bit further and replace others..... the seals are really cheap.
btw, i purchased some aftermarket seals for an accord last time for like 7 bucks for the whole set on ebay.

tornactive.com has golden eagle cam seals. they're made out of aluminum and have a shitload of gaskets on them so they won't leak. they should be under 30 bucks.

Go to the dealer. The almost always have the common seals like that in stock.
BTW, the cam seals go on the t-belt side and are a little more in depth than the cam bore plug (beside the distributor) I think you are talking about.
If your doing the cam seals, might as well do the t-belt,waterpump, and oil pump seal since you are right there anyways.
