Eh i was tryign to change my headlights to the Sylvania ones. And my headlights are the popup ones. I tried to unscrew the bottom 2 screws holding down the old headlights but those are rusted shut. Was wondering if theres an easy way to take them out cause I don't want to keep trying to force it cause it could mess up the screw indent or w/e.

you can try soaking them with wd40 ver night or so. I have seen a product (forgot its name) thats supposed to loosen up those rusted bolts (either car parts store or home depot)... perhaps someone can elaborate more on this..

If all else fails you can drill into the screw with a small drill bit, keeping in mind it has to be small enough not to damage the thread on the car, and pick out the left over pieces with a needle nose.

You need an impact driver that is 20 dollars from sears. It will provide up to 200 ft*lbs of nut breaking torque!

It's called PB blaster. Works wonders on rusty bolts. Spray some on and let it sit for awhile, overnight if possible. Then get after it in the morning.
