Just find your local performance shop and ask them to do it. You can probably even take it to some random mechanincs shop and ask them too.

any good automotive shop should be able to help you out.. or you can even probably get a tester from autozone and do it yourself.

I have some connections for rotaries since they require a special tool to rate effectivley.
