Vtwin vs. Inline

I prefer the vtwins torque for daily cruising. I was looking at the suzuki TL1000R. Just wondering what you guys think of the vtwin vs inline debate. I know the vtwins don't have as much power as any of the inline liter bikes but at least the power is down low. And I also actually like the sound of the vtwins....very distinctive. :D
Which do you prefer and why?

I prefer the V4 because it sounds badass, runs like a pink bunny, and its just cool. There was some talk about the way the motors move and how they effect handling so I also like them cause they have the benefit of moving towards each other. I also like Vs cause they are generally narrower.

There hasn't really been a sporty V4 in a long time though. Vmax is nice but it is pretty ugly.

I love how twins sound...and the instant low end torque is awesome.

Never ridden a V-Twin sportbike but I keep hearing the same comments. More torque makes it easier on the street. Less having to wind it up, ect. I say just ride both and see what you like better.

I HATE the way vtwins sound. fkn sound like a fourwheeler be coming down the road or some shit. I like the sound of the inline fours. I like screamers, not grunters.
