Plz help quick!

Well since I rebuilt my engine I have had a really bad gas smell. Didnt notice any problems with them when I was working on my engine. Guess I wasnt paying attention if they were. The smell was so bad last night that the fumes went through the connection from the garage to the house.

So I got new Honda injector o-rings thinking it would fix the prob. Well when I took the injectors out I saw this...

So my question is they are screwed right? Im going to need new ones right?
I like to replace things when they break for things I will need down the road. So if my plans are to go turbo (but will be a long time until I do) should I get injectors big enough for turbo now? If so what size? I am only n/a now w/ I/H/E so what should I get and do? I think I should just get smaller injectors for now, but I dont know what size to get. I know aftermarket ones are a lot cheaper than oem ones. I looked into it a long time ago. PLZ HELP and give me your input!

When you start gettin bigger injectors, you will need something besides the stock ECU to control them such as a piggyback fuel computer, or a Stand Alone. I understand Hondata works with the stock ECU?

I say you dont worry about getting bigger ones till you get the turbo, i changed mine but i forgot how it went.

I dunno...the guys at work said its just a cover and shouldnt be leaking...but what do we Toyota boys know about Honda.

you need to find out why they did that before you replace them. if they aren't the cause of the gas smell, they are a by product of it. that part of the injector is something that i have never seen crack. do some investigating and figure out what is going on.

Well the gas smell went away after I replaced the o-rings. But there is still the possibility of them leaking internally. Ill do a little more tinkering later.
