Im in the market to buy some shocks and struts and my question is what are good shocks for a civic that is dropped? i have a ek hatch and it bounces like crazy, i was considering some bilstein shocks, are those good?

bilsteins are great. however i would recommend a set of adjustable shocks so you can tailor the stiffness to your springs so as to stop bounce all together. i personally have used KYB agx on my AUTO cross cars and loved them, but tokico illuminas are just as good. koni yellows are also a good shock, but are harder to adjust on the car, as the body has to be rotated to change the valving also they are typically the most expensive of aftermarket struts.

If you are sold on shocks and struts..Bilsteins or Koni is the way to go. But these days you can even buy a decent coilover set-up for the price you spent on Springs and Shocks.

^^^pretty much right. koni's alone will cost you about as much as a set of ksports (chuckle chuckle).
