what are those called???where can i buy them and are they hard to replace?

those are called trailing arm bushings. you have several performance options to replace them with.
*blox or Passwordjdm spherical bushing/bearings. these rule for hardcore racer types but are harsh riding for your average DD.
* Energy suspension and prothane make polyurethane bushing that are better than stock but not to hard riding.
these are kinda hard to replace on your own unless you have a press or are really really good at using a propane torch to warm up but not warp your T.A.

your average shop with a press can push'em out for a few bucks (i used to charge 15 per bushing cuz my boss took 5 bucks out for himself) if you go with the bearing type bushing you can put them in your self once you got the old out cuz they bolt threw the arm *requires drilling two holes.

i heard of people filling them with polyurethane and it works fine...it seems like an easy way to solve that problem..

sure that works well if you can find a place that will sell you two part polyurethane in a size less than 5 gallon buckets. also if you know of a place please let me know i been looking for a place to get 95a durameter urethane for a year now.

this kids is why we should be helping each other. even a long time tech such as myself learn something new everyday. there simply is NO SUCH THING AS A DUMB QUESTION. again thank you for the candid responses.

yea i have a 92 integra and they are like totally gone and they make noise i didnt think they would be kinda complicated to change can i just get some oem replacemnts

sure you can but they will cost about as much as the aftermarket better ones. and about 2 times as much as that fill kit.

that 60A durameter fill kit will make it stiffer but ride well also.
plus its only 30 bucks

cheapest will always be online, you can find windo weld at most auto parts stores if you want to be super cheap about it

i got some PLpolyuithane construction adhesive from lowes 28floz tube w/ the gun to make it come out. 6 bucks for the tube and 9 for the gun, I filled the bushing on my rear disk brakes and i cant move it with my hands cant wait to put it on the car
