F. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and manage all issues raised on assigned applications
Using your SQL skills, solve data related application issues
Work with users to understand and recreate system problems
Communicate issues effectively to developers, work with them to create a solution, verify fixes, perform
regression testing, and deploy solutions.
Train users on the proper use of assigned systems
Own the quality of assigned applications
Deploy assigned applications to the test environment
Design, develop and execute test plans
II. CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS
A. EXPERIENCE
3 years supporting .NET web applications interfacing daily with clients
3 years writing SQL queries
Proven understanding of SDLC, the quality life cycle, and a passion for quality
Proven advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Self-motivation and dependability
Plus:
Automated testing of web applications
Software development using C++, C#, or Java
Experience using TOAD
B. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or engineering from a four-year accredited university

corporate positions dont usually reveal how much they pay, im not in IT so i dont know what the norm is. I would guess it would pay pretty good considering its for a major in the oil and gas field

Sweet..I just sent in my resume. I do C#, C++, SQL, .NET, Winforms, ASP .NET...full understanding of SDLC plus more! I am very passionate about software development as well. Hook me up!

sounds like youre qualified for the job. I dont have any control over selection because i dont work at that location. Good luck, if you get it you should have a cool job
