Sales
$24,000/yr BASE PAY + COMMISSION
A BS or a BA in Marketing would be a HUGE help but not needed, Experience is needed the most - If you used to do sales for any other IT Company/Datacenter/Webhost then YOU are what we're looking for.

Linux Systems Administrator Lvl I and II
$35,000/yr+, DOE
Level I: Must know Linux Command Line (obviously), Ability to troubleshoot, System Debugging
Level II: Know it all, Ability to program in Bash, Apache, etc.

Tech Support Lvl I
$10 ~ $15/hr DOE
Customer Service Experience is greatly appreciated for this position.
Must have a willingness to learn Linux.
SOME basic Computer Experience is needed - you do not have to be a pro but ready to become one, if you show the drive you *WILL* be trained to be a Linux Admin down the line. We're not trying to keep you at the lowest level.

Come in here, do what you are paid to do and you will be taken care of - Flat Out.

If you have any questions please PM me on here but e-mailing your cv/resume and salary requirements to m.eugene.tucker@gmail.com would be the best way to do this.

We have multiple positions available and we're looking to hire ASAP.

Also - as for the location...

We're in Spring, TX (I-45 and Sawdust Rd.) for now - within a month we will be moving to a bigger office on I-45 North and FM-1960.

We don't care where you come from just as long as you're willing to make the trip here.

Also - I have went through the first round of resumes and if you have a reply from me then congrats you are now in Round 2. You have been forwarded to my Tech Manager - he will contact you soon.

If you did not get a reply then I am sorry - at this time we need the best of the best but I will post another thread after we move to a bigger office.

Please understand that there were a lot of resume's sent in and we only have so much room right now.......and every resume I got was a heavy hitter.

Keep mailing me resume's - someone might screw up at the interview, you never know.

Thanks again folks!!!!!!!

Damned good questions - Thank you.

Yes - it is in fact front line only with no access and not really even a walk through you just answer basic question and google up a link that will fix the issues for them.

Support is done through Chat and Ticket, chat's we try to end in 15 min tops - anything more and it's ticket time.

We will have ALL shifts open, 24/7/365 once we get the staff to do so.

Continue sending resumes folks.

Your PM was answered.

Also to get this clear, this is a company you've never heard of - it's brand spanking new so no this is not for (insert company here)

We have former Hostgator, The Planet, Softlayer, cPanel, Yahoo, etc. working here.

SOME basic Computer Experience is needed

not trying to dog on the company and glad you filled the position, but that just cracks me up when i see this under the experience needed for a support position.

i realize what you're asking and saying that you don't need to be a 10 year IT veteran but really, at least say "moderate experience needed" instead of basically saying, "know how to turn a computer on, we'll hire you.". i've been in the IT industry for nearly 15 years now doing everything from desktop support, supervising a datacenter, basic software development and now managing the IT department for a multi site domain so i know exactly what your saying. you'd just think HR would take a bit more time than to attract potential candidates rather than everyone that took a MS office class in high school.
