really? that title worked?

Here's the deal... this is unhealthy... I know that. I have to do it and I'd like to do it the safest way possible. Being forewarned, continue if you'd like.

I currently weigh 174.9lbs. My BFI (body fat index) is 19.8%
I bench about 120lbs... lots of time at the computer, not enough at the gym.

I have 5 weeks to reach 158lbs and 11% body fat or better. at which time i'd like to be able to bench 150-175lbs minimum.

In the past, my body has been very accommodating to workouts and conditioning. I went to a ranch a while back, weighing about 120lbs and 15% body fat, when i left (7mo. later) I was about 150lbs and 9% body fat. I know that this process will not kill me if i do it right, but i'd rather do it the right way, instead of going anorexic and not eating.

Any tips/help would be GREATLY appreciated.

wow, normally it is understood to gain strength you must increase mass.

I'm 255lbs. prolly 15-18% body fat. My goal is strength and getting my numbers way up. My bench is at 430ish right now, dead lift is struggling and squat is about 500ish. My goal is to hit 500/700/650 so Im trying to gain 15-20lbs. Right around 260-275 range and keep my body fat about where it is now.

my cousin a couple years ago took lipo 6 (the original one) and he was dedicated with them and exercised daily. i swear to u he lost 20-25 lbs in a month. he would eat very little though. now if u wanna get stronger and lose that much weight its gonna be hard
