Question on quote for vinyl wrap,
Wondering if all the chrome pieces wrapped in matte black or glossy black can be done?
Or would it be cheaper to go the painting route? (and have someone paint it) I'm not sure which is cheaper, i never painted a thing in my life, so i don't trust doing it myself:really?:

the chrome pieces:
grill surround
headlight rings
taillight rings
side scuttles (markers)
door handles
gas cap
beltline

And this is an example of the pieces in a glossy black:

PM replied.

It can be done, but the result will be much cleaner and last longer if you go paint.

There's a process called "plastic anodizing" that would prolly work. If not, just remove all the trim you want and have it sprayed, shouldn't cost more than 100 bucks incl. materials.
