i've been doing insanity. it is intense. i replaced all the p90x cardio with insanity.

insanity makes you drenched in sweat just after the warm up. but yeah, its a great cardio work out video

the asian girl in there is fucking hot

I do some of the routine in the video and it is hard if you do it to your max. You would be out of breath within less than a minute with just 1 exercise. Compliment that with other exercises back to back, its damn hard, just like in that video.

I think if you go to the gym regularly and is already dedicated into beating your body to transform it, you could hang with that vid, as is p90x.

(igovserved: I can't find the vid to your avatar anymore!!)

Insanity is deff a better workout for people who wants a good push. This really helped me build endurance.

Its personal preference but I prefer insanity over p90x.

is it just me or is everyone working out these days......except me. Everyone i know has a 24 hour gym membership or one of these dvd workout videos.

i play basketball once a week, but now since everyone i know is working out hardcore, i feel like i need to hop on this fitness bandwagon. it's contagious.

Do it!!
You can't go wrong, one thing these programs taught me was nutrition.

You can boost your metabolism and burn more fat and calories by eating 5 or 6 small healthy meals.
