As the title says, I need help finding a gym that I can go to for a couple of weeks. I'm here in town till January 8th. I'm staying with my mom and she lives two minutes away from the Reliant Stadium. Anyone know of a good gym to go to? Thanks!

You can try going on 24hourfitness.com and get a guest pass. Last for a week or 2 not too sure.

The guest passes are only good for 7 days.

There is LA Fitness that is about 5 min from reliant stadium.

Go down main, towards the medical center. Exit Holcombe, its the exit before the road dips down under a bridge. Turn left on Holcombe and it will be immediately on the right hand side behind Pizza Hut/Wings Street or something like that.

LA Fitness is shared with some office building so look for a big building with parking garages. They have 1 day pass. Enjoy

UT gym in the med center (http://ae.uth.tmc.edu/recreat/index.html). no contracts. awesome facility. heated outdoor pool, outdoor basketball, tennis, ping pong, billiards, and all the standard gym equipment. everyone there is professional and curteous (including the ppl who workout there). rates are at the bottom.

oh wait, only for med center employees and students. sorry.

UT gym is nice but mad expensive.

You can always try LA Fitness on Holcombe...

I would suggest University of St. Thomas but not sure how much a 2 week pass will be. 713-525-3510 is the number.
