better coil is about it. the only other way would be to get hella stiffer shocks. if you want a less boucy ride you need to look for a set of non adjustable drop springs or the stiffer adjustable struts.

for a good quality spring i use H&R, EIBACH works well too. but really brand doesnt matter as much as spring rate. for my civic which is set up for auto cross i use 8kg/mm(450lbs/in) front and 6kg/mm(337lbs/in) in the back. i didnt bounce at all on my stock struts but i blew them out pretty fast, aftermarket struts should solve that problem though.

Should be great for a lot of understeer then.
If you don't want your car to be bouncy then don't skimp on your suspension. The shocks need to be properly matched to your spring rate or else the suspension frequency is going to be all kinds of jacked up.

i get tons of over steer. if you know how to drive that is plenty of bias and more than stiff enough. throttle trailing along with trail braking will allow you to flick your car just fine. if you decide you need more over steer, then you just get the ASR 23mm sway bar. i have auto-crossed on this set up for 2 years and have never finished less than 2nd in sts.

Coilovers are fully adjustable, so you can adjust the settings to suit your needs. I don't know much about Honda's but I here a lot of good things about skunk 2.

S2 is a good brand but for about the same money you could get a function and form set up and i feel they are better by a marginal enough amount warrant picking up a set.
