Thinking about doing this:

anyone have any experiences? Looking to do this 3 x a week and some running to suplement cardio.

Goals:

30 days: drop 10 lbs
60 days: drop 10 more lbs
90 days: exchange 10 lbs of fat for 10 lbs of muscle

Diet:

Low carb, high protein. 4 meals a day.

any thoughts?
