Anyone used it? I canceled my gym membership because it just doesn't fit in my schedule so I was just throwing money away on it every month. I'm getting soft in the middle. A good weight for me is around 210 but I'm up about 240 right now. I'm not looking to pack on muscle, obviously free weight routines are for that. I'm looking to slim down and tone up my fat ass. Anyone have any input on it?

I was thinking about the bench/free weight idea but once again it boils down to time. The tower 200 has the 11 minute work out which I figure I'll do in the morning right after I wake up, go to work, and then come home and do targeted exercises with the machine. I figure it would be a good cardio/circuit type program which is what I need right now.

Any input?
