I clicked that link and read the section, 1 skill you should have is learning how to climb, for example:

It would take me a moment to climb those hills, jeebus I love boobs.

Parkour is amazing, I used to want to do it so bad but then my weight became an issue and I dont think heavier dudes can jump off buildings at least not without breaking their legs. I love to watch it though.

id be down for a mess around meet ive done some jumps (rock to rock) at while camping and at the grand canyon (this was before it had a name of parkour) im pretty agile and have good balance.

i notice some of the moves are break dancing moves and i used to B-boy back in the day.

This interest me a lot. Back when i was a kid we called this "playing ninja", and we always made insane paths to go around in. But hell we were just goofing around at the time. I'd love to practice these movements but i do my other training and it just eats up my time.

I once went back to my old neighborhood and walked back to my old stomping grounds. Stuff we jumped off of, things we climbed and jumped across, seem fuckin crazy now. I'd never jump or climb on the shit i used to. Trying to hang under the railroad tracks Lost Boys style.....damn i was dumb.

Matter of fact, i think i'll drive down to where i would jump across "the Double Dragon river" and take a picture. Good times :look:

Do basics: Gotta be able to run for awhile so get your stamina up first. Gotta be able to lift your own weight. Learn to roll when you fall from high spots. After running for half a mile, see if you can jump on level-ground first from runnning and roll as you drop.

The faster you run the harder the fall from the speed and momentum you carry once you hit the ground. Its easier if upon initial roll, to use your shoulder, finishing the roll on the center of the back hurts so always at one side where there's muscle.

Its best to do this on a park or a YMCA gymnastics center. gl.
