What I feel is the ultimate exercise and workout directory. Figured it would help people come up with new routines and workouts.

Ive thought about beginning to work out again. My lower body is fairly muscular (always compliments on my calves and thighs are huge) but Id prefer to get some mass on my chest, forearms and triceps. Anyone have a recommended workout?

I used to do a lot of preacher curls in sets of 7 (low, mid, high, full) so my biceps arent in too bad of shape but I guess they could use some work as well.

Pretty good info there. Im not too concerned about getting cut as I am about getting some mass. Some cut would be nice but it isnt important. Id prefer to be more strong than cut.
