Name the supplements you 'must have'....

For me its Glucosmine w/ MSM; 1500mg/day
REDLINE

Before taking glucosamine I would have to ice down my knees after running.... They would get hot, painful and there would be a lot inflammation; sometimes i wouldnt even be able to walk if i ran over 5 miles. After taking glucosamine, i am pain free!

I only drink about 1/3 of a redline before working out/running.... But if i dont drink one i dont feel motivated at all.

what do you guys use....

im the same way... i've never really 'believed' that a supplement made that much of a difference... but this glucosamine supplement really has. I use to not be able to run/jog until 2 days later due to knee pain, soreneses. Guess im getting old :(

I'm really dependent on Pre-workouts. ON Pro Complex for a few months now and I can say it's alot better than 100% whey.

multivitamins are a waste of money most of the time, you either get what you need from your daily intake of food or from the protein shakes that most of us take.

My supplements are just protein shakes, use to take NO explode
