Exhaust for 91' GSX

I may be getting it in a couple weeks and I need to find out now how much it will cost to get a full exhaust minus headers...It has an external wastegate and tubular headers, so I will need an exhuast from the turbo back, and of course tie in the wastgate...I really could care less about the brand, maybe just a custom 2.5" or 3" piping into a muffler...I could even care less about a muffler, I just need it to pass inspection when it is done...And it's a T3/T4 turbo...

you'll have to run a cat if you want to pass inspection, so would you want it with a cat all the time, or make provisions for a test pipe to be used between inspections.

since this car is presumably for off road and racing use only.

Really I just want it to pass inspection, so yes a cat for sure and if it needs a muffler to pass then Imma need one of those too, I could care less how loud or quiet it will be...I would only care about it passing...Also, go ahead and give me a quote on the test pipe as well...
