Mixed ingredients my favorite is called a sandstorm.
1 - vanilla ice cream
2 - couple spoonfuls of marshmellow creme
3 - a few squirts of chocolate syrup
4 - sprinkle some malted milk on top

All in one of those tall fountain glasses.
