ground controls are a coil over set up and the koni's are shocks together they make a killer set up. but if you wanna be cheap you can cut your springs lol. (back suspension) there is 2 bolts you take off on the lca and the 3 on the top shock tower take this off and the shock is out almost with no work. and in the front there is 3 nuts on top and on the shock fork there is 2 bolts and 1 nut and its out pretty simple. so simple i let my 17 year old brother do my last customers car. 10 12 14 17 is all you need wrenches and sockets

usually around 800 bux, but trust me, koni shocks are some of the highest quality shocks money can buy. Some people on honda-tech have been riding on koni shocks over 160k miles, and that is EXCELLENT for a car that is sitting low.
