what security features do you have and is the property aware of what type of business it is? how long is the lease? what is your starting bank for the day and what is your match per person. is it exclusive with memberships or general public? is there any hourly drawings or any special events? i ask because the person taking over will need to continue with what the usual people are a custom too.

Landlord is aware of what is going on, as for security 4 camera in angles that might comromise your safety, also a business that is pretty much high security surveilance of the whole facility. This is a membership only gameroom, and the attendent there now is a well known, In this side of town, therefore he/she knows who to let in and who not to.

Matches range from 10 dollars to 100 for certain individuals , the attendent will know whom to allow the difference in matches.

Drawings varies from month to month, 1 month is a daily hourly drawing.

While the other months is a end of the month drawing for a large prize, Lcd Plasma ect ect.

start bank usually starts around 1500.

As for working the gameroom. This is more like a pick up and drop off business. unless you want to cut back on cost and rid of the attendents, which i dont recommend. Your job is to provide a bank and fill up food and drinks.

addition to the matches, this gameroom does not match just anyone whatever they want. meaning the 10 cents and 15 cents players do not get a 50 dollar match.

Addition I will of course stick with you to help run the show for a week or two if you plan on taking over 100%

we cycle through the bank frequently to prevent meaningless theft, better the inconvience then losing 15k in mere minutes
