ITB ideas

I was admiring your work and was wondering if you can make a flange for my ITB setup and what is the best way of doing it. I am trying to mate cbr throttle bodies to intake runners of a d16 manifold. like this

do you recommend getting a stock manifold and cutting off the flange then just welding tubes to it (like the pic) or would you suggest making a total one off piece. and do you have an estimate on how much this will cost

The most cost effective would to be massage a stock manifold flange. As for cost, i'd need to see both the ITB's and a intake manifold before i could estimate that. Your welcome to bring the items by the shop and i can figure out a rough idea for ya.
