cause of death to rear speakers...

seems i burned my cones on my rear speakers, doh :roflmao:

I thought it was the amp's rear channels that had gone out. The stock speakers are rated at 25watts max.:thumb:


just a thought to anyone who's speakers arent working.

Now that they're dead, plug them into a wall socket. Just for shits and giggles. Don't hold them in your hand when you do though..

25 watts? WTF? My 6x9s are 300 watts.. :) I was using a 1000 watt high current amp to push my 2 6x9s..of course the amp was turned down a lot.. but still... lol
