I took my car to the family mechanic for a valve adjustment to fix a loud ticking noise only to find out that my exhaust roller rockers are worn and the lobes on my exhaust cam have grooves.
I need a price quote to replace the exhaust roller rockers and install Brian Crower stage 3 cams, valve springs, retainers, seats and tuned.
I have the following parts: exhaust roller rockers, cams, valve springs, retainers, seats, valve seals, new timing chain, longer chain guide, and timing chain tensioner but I believe some of these parts have to be removed anyway.
I have a 2002 civic si with k20a3 and kpro.
