ok, so this guy i know, lets just refer to him as 'X'. ok, so 'X' wants to install an amplifier that looks like one of the first amps ever made....ok so he takes his whole car apart to make it look like a fresh outta tha box Erector Set. so once he gets all his wiring and stuff done, he installed a 10-fuse rather than a 7.5 and figured it would be 'better'......so when he turns the car on, the radio starts smoking (literally). so.....is the radio blown?!?! or is there still hope for the poor thing (both the radio and the person installing it). just wondering. opinions!!!!!
:stupid: :stupid: :stupid: :stupid: Damn enough said. Maybe a transplant will give him hope

most likely its gone...but check the wires behind the radio...one of them might have burned and caused the smoke...you could always plug the radio back in and see what happens...tell your roommate...I mean x he should have let me do it...LOL:roflmao:

Why didn't he just go to Circut City for 65 bones and less than 2 hours he could have got it installed. now its a 300+ installation is it worth it tell me
