98 Civic: American Flag on Roof

How much for an American flag vinyl on the roof? any kind of tear and wear warranty?
I have a shop that can do it, but just want to check the price around town. The shop told me that their best vinyl is last at least 5-10 years in Houston's heat... lmk man.
