Inspect/Test turbo?

So I have a turbo that may be bad, not sure if its the turbo or something else just yet. It'll start up ok but after a little bit, it'll start letting out white smoke. I haven't tried getting into boost on the road though since the car doesn't have an inspection sticker. Just wondering if I could bring it in and you take a look to see if it does need a rebuild. How much would that be or free? :Ohnoez: :thumb:

You guys did the rebuild/upgrade on it a while back. I figure yall remember a .49 trim wheel in a ct26 on the celica all trac.

I'll have to look for the receipt that I got when I bought the car if I can find it. I've had the car for at least a year so its been a bit but the car has been down most of that time. :(
