Washateria is located on a major freeway feeder, backed backing up to over 1500 Hispanic rental homes, apartments, mobile homes. The business is newly remodeled with all new equipment; the washateria includes 22 Speed Queen top loaders 4 20 lbs. Speed Queen front Loaders and 7 Speed Queen stack dryers which total to 14 dryers.

The washateria is open 7 days a week from 7AM-10PM.


We install the new Five (5) ton Air Conditioner and air ducts, new dropped down ceilings and light fixtures have been added. We have upgraded the inside of the washateria with new paint, and new industrial coating paint for the floor. Come on guys,its a great business that requires very little work. Just a little daily up keep and you should be str8 along with what ever other ammenties you want to add. Maybe drop off drycleaning or wash and fold.

i think he meant owner finance. but yea a bank works also and i can tell you right now that a high volume washateria that is a VERY good money generator will run in the upper 6 figure range. 600-900k ..its rediculous but i have seen some azns and indians trying to sell theirs for that much. And that was the se part of town like 1.5 years ago when we were looking. We want to sell this for other business opportunity.

But if i had to pick again ..id pick a new developing area and do a wash and fold drop off dry cleaning store.
