Miata Windshield Frame Vinyl

Ive seen this done on numerous miatas, but I cant seem to find ANYTHING on where to get the vinyl application. So me and another member were wondering if you could custom make them. Heres my shitty example:

I'm sure I could do that. I'd prefer to see the car in person so i can measure out the material needed and give an accurate quote on installation.
