i warn people and tell them to read the MOTD, then when they still break the rules it's time to ban them. i am an administrator of this server, being so, i have to be fair to all parties involved... if i would some random guy for talking shit to a regular i'd do the same to any non-clan H-I member. bottom line is don't be a fucking idiot, read the rules and have fun. we always have people that are nuisances, but i usually don't have to ban them.
