How do you make "side money"?

I do automotive body work/refinishing on the side that can yield pretty decent amounts...

I haven't really started investing enough yet for the gains to be considered "side money"...


Let's hear some ideas/thoughts/recommendations!

pops and i have a 2 businesses outside of my full time job.

buying and selling stuff when i see a deal.

used to do contract work for honeywell with my brother in law

used to help older ladies understand concepts of a diet/workout and help then lose some weight.

deliver various packages to places, didnt do this very long.

now i consider OT to be a side thing,t hat money gets subtracted from my check and we (me and lou) use it freely.

Overtime is considered side money, but I won't spend it unless I NEED something.

Now, I am considering doing my friend's taxes, since a lot of them have asked me to.

the market is out there for these items just not so much in houston so I have to outsoure and even sell overseas sometimes

I have two buddies that do that. One of them also buys wrecked cars for super cheap (when he can) and then fixes them up and resells them for way more than he paid. Its bitten him in the ass before where the price he could sell the car for wasn't enough to cover the money he spent fixing it.
